Cooking Classes

Book now one or more HOMESTERIA courses curated by our CHEF PIA: from the course on “Homemade Pasta”, to the one on “Genoese and Apulian Focaccia” or even the one on how to create a perfect “Pinsa Romana” or for the sweet tooth even the course on “Typical Italian Sweets”. A fun and unforgettable experience, with our Chef & Pastry Chef who will also reveal the tricks to reduce preparation and cooking time useful to manage an evening with friends and amaze your guests. All topped off with cultural historical tidbits and trivia! Courses are available for individuals or groups, and are held at our headquarters in downtown Civitavecchia daily from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 2 to 4 p.m. Possibility to organize customized courses for private groups.

First and ONLY Wine Tasting course in Civitavecchia, our Wine Tasting - available every day from Monday to Sunday from 11 to 12:30/13 or from 14 to 15: 30/16 - is a perfect introduction to the world of Italian wines. From reds to whites to bubbles. It is also possible to book the course in a completely private way, for groups, and based on the times preferred by the participants.
