In order to have a healthy and balanced lifestyle, it is useful to plan a balanced diet. To do this, we must take in all the macro-nutrients during the day, which are carbohydrates 50-55% of the daily kcal of which no more than 10% are simple sugars, 15-20% proteins and 20-30% fats.
